Office Rentals

All office spaces are located on the 2nd floor. The access door is located on Van Buren Street. Upon entering, guests can walk up our welcoming staircase, or take a service elevator. All rooms are able to share a community space as part of their monthly rental fee. All suites include utilities with the exception of 200/201/203.

Suite 200 & 201 - 874 sq ft - $1,000/month

Suite 202 - 242 sq ft - $350/month

Suite 203 - 297 sq ft - $400/month

Suite 207 - 253 sq ft - $400/month

Suite 208 - 276 sq ft - $450/month

Suite 209 & 210 - $300/month
