The Great Room

 Located on the 3rd floor of The Van Buren, the Great Room combines character and charm with exposed brick walls and white, arched windows offering picturesque views of the courthouse. This inviting space is ideal for a variety of smaller events, such as birthday parties, company gatherings, or even pop-up yoga sessions. The room also has convenient access to a service elevator for easy setup and teardown.

Adjacent to the Great Room are additional rental spaces with a similar historic aesthetic, providing flexibility for larger events or breakout sessions. 

 Accommodates up to 81 guests with tables and chairs.

Monday - Thursday $350

Friday - Sunday $500

Optional add-ons:

 Table/chair setup by our staff: $2 per chair

Tables and chairs are included with your rental, but staff setup is available for an additional fee.
