Amenities & Features

 The Sunrise Room, located on the 3rd floor of The Van Buren, features a charming brick wall and elegant white, arched windows with views of the courthouse. This inviting space is ideal for more intimate gatherings like graduation parties, wedding ceremonies, photography sessions, or even pop-up yoga classes. The room is easily accessible with a service elevator nearby, and adjacent rental rooms with a similar aesthetic offer additional space if needed.

 Accommodates up to 44 guests with tables and chairs.

Rates & Fees

Monday - Thursday $175

Friday - Sunday $250


Optional add-ons:

 Table/chair setup by our staff: $2 per chair

 

Tables and chairs are available at no extra cost, but setup services are offered for an additional fee.
