The Martin Suite is the perfect space for brides and bridal parties to prepare for the big day. This intimate, elegant room can also be used for small gatherings, photography sessions, or as a relaxing spot for event prep. Located on the 3rd floor of The Van Buren, the Martin Suite offers easy access to the service elevator, and is just steps away from the Great Room and Sunrise Room, providing flexibility for larger events.
Restrooms are conveniently located in the main hall, and the room comfortably accommodates up to 20 guests.

Friday - Sunday $200
4 Hour Rental
Monday - Thursday $100
Please note that tables and chairs provided for other rooms, like the Great Room and Sunrise Room, are not available for use in the Martin Suite.
